Amy Lou Adams, full name Amy Lou Adams (born 20 August 1974, Aviano Italy), American actress. She is renowned as a naive character who are fun and loved by reviewers. Adams was among seven siblings that grew up as a child in the city of Castle Rock, Colorado. She was born while her father worked for the U.S. Military in Italy. Mid-1990s, she started dancing and performing professionally at the Boulder Dinner Theatre in Colorado and Country Dinner Playhouse. After that, she relocated to Minnesota and was chosen to be a character in Drop Dead Gorgeous, a mock documentarian film about beauty contests.
